Detox

Join us for our one-night High School retreat called “Detox”! It’ll be Friday and Saturday, November 20-21, 2020. Space is limited for this event.

This will be an amazing weekend event with no phones or technology but a close and intentional time with God, each other, and His Word. The weekend will be led by our youth ministers alongside very capable adult and college leaders. We'll dive into what it means to connect with God and identify things that may become toxic to our relationship with Him. We’ll have big group messages, worship and small group discussions throughout the weekend.

This event will be held at the Vision Ministry in Huntsville, which is only a 15 minute drive from the Huntsville Campus. Check-in will be from 4p - 5p at The Vision on November 20th. We will conclude on Saturday by 5:30p. Here’s more info about the venue:

Concerning Covid-19:

The Vision Ministry staff will always have face masks on and use enhanced sanitization protocols while we are present. As usual with our student ministry gatherings, we will require students and leaders to bring face coverings for times when we are unable to socially distance. We will also have many activities outside so as to minimize risks of infection. We will expect students to be responsible and adhere to proper distancing guidelines while attending. Any student who is exhibiting symptoms or who comes in close contact with anyone who is has a positive test for Covid prior to the event will not be allowed to attend. We expect parents and students to help us by making this a safe event for all involved.
